RE:RE:RE:No cash, so how?@ Dragon , sorry, maybe I should have worded that a little better/differently. If BHP was to take over the KWG ROF assets it would give BHP some leverage to try and strong arm a few other assets such as Big Daddy or Mcfaulds lake copper/zinc claim away from Wyloo. I am not sure these 2 can play in the same sandbox but there is so much potential wealth up there that has not been discovered as of yet that it quite possibly could be worth a try. Here is a year old quote from Wyloo “We are also conducting a diamond drill program on a number of our nickel targets, ground and airborne geophysical surveys over several of our 70 plus regional nickel targets and are collecting soil samples across other major structures. https://www.wyloometals.com/news/2022/noront-resources-renamed-ring-of-fire-metals-as-activity-recommences/ BHP ( or any major) has more wearwithall to be able to sit on these properties until the timing is right. Other than the initial investment it doesnt cost them much just to hold the claims, where as for KWG the big bad wolf always at the door. Thats why I feel Magpie plays a second important role in this deal ( besides bending FNC's ear) it gives the major the opertunity to pay itself back for the CHANCE of enormous future oportunity in the Ring. KWG does not have the means to properly explore all of its property. Maybe its time for Frank to find an offramp to get out of the Ring before ( if its not too late already) all this debt becomes unservicable.
Back to the original question about Eagles |Nest , even though EN is open on strike ( North South) it is not open on width (East West) there fore I believe it is entirely on Wyloos property and does not extend onto claim 3012258 see page 14 here https://kwgresources.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/2015_12_15_NI-43-101-Updated-Mineral-Resource-Estimation.pdf. information on strike is here under mining type summary found here, https://miningdataonline.com/property/1645/Eagles-Nest-Project.aspx#Owners
