You're buying from others. I don't sell shares. I buy when I think is right. You're just a trader sitting out there PRAYING for the Share Price to go down. Your not my type of poster to talk to. Btw. Yes. I took out 4 GIC's recently at 6%. I lend to RE Developers/Builders, at 17% as well. It's called diversification. Hungers/power of sales & recessions are almost here.. give it another year. Thanks for the advice. I know what I'm doing. I know when to buy.
