That is not something that drives up share price.  Dumping shares drives down price.  A big investor wanting to pick up shares would do it slowly at lower volumes when the price was under $1 usd.  This is based of potential good news of a stock that has been highly oversold.  Will look like a dead cat bounce only if negative news comes out to cause selling.

 This volume is just short term trading with people making easy money with the share price jumping. I think THTX is getting a boost from the attention it is getting in the bot articles showing the daily gains.  It's going to get pretty interesting now that it looks overbought in the short term. Wouldn't be surprising to see a big sell off next week with people not wanting to miss out on making a profit and selling pressure mounts.
