• Staging for the relocation of the Company’s bottling assets from the Long Beach, CA facility to strategic partner DeltaBev’s Canoga Park, CA site. 
• Scheduling and completing production runs for existing and new co-packing clients leading up to the close of Long Beach. 
• Facilitating discussions on new agreements required between Tinley’s (Lakewood’s) Long Beach clients and BLH’s ILLA Canna licensee DeltaBev for continued production in Canoga Park following install, final permits and commissioning. 
• Managing the decommissioning and vacating of the Long Beach facility.
