RE:RE:RE:and so we waitI don't think enough Americans are aware of the technology and subject matter to invest. There is a small group that will not participate yet, b/c they feel there's enough time from now at this share price to where it's less of a risk after BTD, then AA. Yes the sp will be higher but not so much that the multiple on the gain in sp will outweigh the wait on confirmation of "official" approvals. It's believe enough and buy now, or wait b/c sp is still relatively cheap compared to where it's projected to go. Also, IMO - Roger and Christina are participating to maintain some level of control based on the total number of outstanding shares. It's more attractive and less difficult to negotiate a fraction of the value of one application with a foreign entity b/c that entity would get direct participation of that area/region of the world where they otherwise may not get to particpate at all if any BIG Pharma does an entire BO. Having a foreign entity having a fractional ownership of that region would not preclude a BIG Pharma from being interested in ownership of the rest of TLT and future potential developments.
Rog/Chistina don't want unfriendly partners - no one would before this takes off. So, again IMO there may have been inquiries but not with the favorable terms management would want to maintain control or not give up too much (% of ownership) in the company. Which is why the new director is onboard. Her expertise is in forgien investment which makes sense if any forgien country/company would want to own any small percentage b/c they don't have organic resources to participate in this technology - with this much upside potential.
Good luck to all.
