Artis has its foot on the throat of FCR's unit price. Attractive valuation here imho to initiate a position. I had roll some proceeds from Riocan profit taking into FCR - opened position at $13.86 and have bids all the way down (to target position size).

Cheers to all the longs here - I can't imagine how frustrated you all must be with Artis. Only silver lining I see is a great opportunity to buy this asset cheap - take advantage!
