Video out on Saint-Simon des Mines

Video out on Saint-Simon des MinesVideo out featuring Beauce Gold Fields' President and CEO, Patrick Levasseur:

@dutch_patience tanscript in english: Hello world, we're here on the ground at Saint-Simon des Mines with Patrick Levasseur, president of Chanteur de la Bourse. Patrick, why?

It was truly a village that was born next to the mine, and you can trace the entire history of Quebec mining here. It all began here in Saint-Simonie. It happened differently in the 1950s, but this was the first gold rush in Canada, and it happened here. The first mining company registered in Canada was here. The biggest gold nuggets ever found were here. Even the mining law that we know today, which started in Quebec, and the same format of the distant mines, was adopted until the Dinard. It really began here because of questions.

It's been about 150 years now; it's the big story. It's a shame that it's something many people only learn about after they've finished their studies. Natural resources belong to you, the largest industries in Canada, and it all started here at ground zero. Exploration also took place around the mines, and you also feel it really has an impact on the Canadian and Quebec mining heritage. This is how important it is. Maybe permanent standing can be developed for the mining history here; that would be great. It's really something that excites me because knowing that it all started in this tiny town, yes, it's a beautiful village, very peaceful, but all around here up to 6 kilometers, there are tunnels where the mining takes place.

I'm in the south of the Southwest that goes beyond the streams to the confluence of judgment, maybe one or two without putting my leg on it all the way around, it's all there is to it. Basement and, in effect, I say it's all filled with water now, but this was the effectiveness today. What are we going to do here? You are always welcome while you are there working. It's mainly about mixing a bit with history, and I mean we're small for a reason. One time it was a mine, and another industry says the best way to find a new mine is if there was an old one. We're not tearing down places first.
