RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:IMHOThis is the most rational post on the suject of the tunnel permits I have seen on this site. There is an agreement to be reached but it will be based on the fact that SEA has the tunnel rights and must be able to move the tunnel route to accomodate a TC economic deposit as they calim. Since Rudi reportedly has already offered this, why is TUD trying to challenge the tunnel permits? BC is not going to reneg on the permits and get sued for billions. Is this really a shake-down effort by TUD, to see what they get? I wouldn't hold my breath if I owned TUD shares.
