CHINA IRON - CO2 CONUMDRUM

CHINA IRON - CO2 CONUMDRUMWhy is China Buying So Much Iron Ore ?
The world's largest steelmaker,
China is more than 80% dependent on imports of the primary steelmaking ingredient, and decarbonization means steelmakers now need higher-quality, premium-priced iron ore at the most economical prices possible.

1.5 BILLION METRIC TONNES / YEAR
"China's desire, as the largest importer of seaborne iron ore, to have stronger influence in pricing is understandable," according to Will Chin, head of commodities at Singapore Exchange, which pioneered the world's first cleared iron ore swap in 2009. China consumes 70% of the world's seaborne iron ore – a market trading 1.5 billion mt/year.

Securing those supplies means negotiations with the big four iron ore miners: Vale, Rio Tinto, BHP and Fortescue Metals Group, which, as CMRG points out in the launch statement, together control around 70% of the market.

CO2 SEQUESTERING ?
Has this route of playing with magnesium and co2 inhibited several nickel juniors
from advancing ? I wouls say yes.

CO2 grant monies in junoors left hand ( touchdown )
and leaps from hand into ( newly develpoed entities ) that are not equipped with
enough knowledge to seq enough co2 and keep up with amount of tonnage mined per day.

As a result.... many CO2 SEQ  studies....
Have delayed many large nickel projects.
Projects in North America.

ISSUE ?
Larger ( nickel miners )  run off to Indonesia where co2 is not as much regulated.

OUTCOME ?
Co2 SEQ is imposed on North American mineral companies...
Valuations bottom out.
While new co2 companies tinker with co2 ideas on how to seq.

REAL SOLUTION ?
China needs lots of ....IRON + MAGNESIUM

Which is why NCP should hire a new Engineering firm.
If CNC can account for their iron credfit why not NCP ?
lol - not quitre fair to investors... right ?
What shoukld NCP's stock valuatiopn be if....PFS was properly
written in a fashion that benefits ?

Using 2018 resource size of, 323,000,000 million tonnes
x 10% magnetite grade
32,300,000 tonnes
x $125 / tonne con ( 61% )
= $ 4 billionn usd

Throw in a hydrogen or river turbine ( using river nearby )
And what would Wellgreen's PFS  look like then ?

What other companies has the PFS enginnering firm worked for ?

Some might ask.... ?
What to NCVP  do about the co2 emmissions ?
If one is running  with river turbines to make electricity or hydrogen...
There is no co2 issues....

Then.... one could opt out of the co2 program.
No more tether....wink.

And run a Magnesiujm copncentrater and an Iron concentrate.
Which places the fopcus on engineering firms..
And why the " must find a co2 seq " format.
They don't.

Which brings into question....
if the Wellgreen deposit has several rivers flanking the project...
Why would an engineering firm NOT think of river turbine power ?
lol
