Nickel Creek Platinum Corp. is a Canada-based mining exploration and development company. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration and evaluation of nickel and platinum group metals (PGM) mineral properties in North America. Its flagship asset is its 100%-owned nickel-copper PGM project, located in the Yukon Territory, Canada (Nickel Shaw Project). The project is in the southwest of Canada's Yukon Territory, approximately 317 kilometers (km) northwest (NW) of the capital, Whitehorse. The Nickel Shaw Project is a large undeveloped nickel sulphide project, with a unique mix of metals including copper, cobalt and platinum group metals. ( USA + CANADA ) IRON ORE RELATIONS

( USA + CANADA ) IRON ORE RELATIONS
Magnetite

Magnetite is the finest iron ore with a very high content of iron up to 70 per cent. It has excellent magnetic qualities, especially valuable in the electrical industry.
= EV Industry  ( elec motors )

63% Magnetite
= The prices for magnetite vary from 76 USD to 250 USD

Most know common iron ore 61% - 63%  fetches = $125/tonne

As one can read above....
Magnetite is premium iron ore and can command far more $$$$.

I can only use 2018 raw tonnage stats because this is when
XPS performed their metallurgy.

25% mass was extracted due to the magnetite magnetism.
40% ( upto ) PGM's tagged along in the 25% mass.

XPS stated there's a 10% avg magnetite in composite ores.

323,400,000 raw tonnes
10% magnetite
= 32,340,000 million tonnes  ( potential magnetite )

Issue ?
XPS didn't perform roasting.
Roasting magnetite ( unmagnetizes magnetite )
Unmagnetized magnetite = easier to remove other payables ( PGM's )
XPS didn't quite reveal what PGM's were locked in the magnetite ( lol )
There's 6 kinds of PGM's at Shaw.

Industry Standard Practice ?
Magnetite does not lose its magnetism except when exposed to a red heat for a protracted period, and such roasting may be carried out either before or after separation.Feb 6, 2018

River Turbines ( electricity or convert to hydrogen )
Would facilitate an easy path to better extraction.
Heat allottment.

Solution ?
Pull 25% mass ( most likely the full 10% magnetite with 15% other )
Heat ores remove PGM's
Reheat ores ( iron ) pull the 10% magnetite convert to iron credit
= Magnetite credit
= PGM credit ( 6 suite )

USA IRON IMPORTS
Imports In 2021, United States imported $1.15B in Iron Ore, becoming the 17th largest importer of Iron Ore in the world. At the same year, Iron Ore was the 350th most imported product in United States. United States imports Iron Ore primarily from: Brazil ($468M), Canada ($296M), Sweden ($185M), Bahrain ($65.2M), and Ukraine ($50M).

Perfect opportunity for Canada to solidify stronger US iron relations.
Swap out Brazil and increase more IRON with Canada.

Shaw is an easy project development.
I'm surprized it's sat this long.

That's all the research i'm doing on, Shaw.
Junior needs to figure it out.
Hopefully Electrum puts some preasure on the junior given their
the largest stakeholder.

My numbers come up with a good $4 billion extra if, iron was factored as a credit.
That's just common $125/tonne iron not - $250/tonne magnetite.

CNC ( peer ) includes an iron credit.

Investing is all about industry peer comparisons.

Cheers...
