CATL - LG - TESLA - IRON BATTERIES ? ( Aug 2023 )

CATL - LG - TESLA - IRON BATTERIES ? ( Aug 2023 )LFP vs NMC

lithium iron phosphate batteries better than nickel manganese cobalt ?
High energy density means better acceleration performance. However, the LFP battery is superior to the NMC battery in energy storage. In simple terms, NMC batteries have good performance but poor battery life, and LFP batteries have poor performance but good battery life

REMIND ONESLF....
Why is China - buying so much iron ?

Whose the largest battery manufacturer ?
CATL = CHINA

Aug 16, 2023On August 16, CATL launched Shenxing, the world's first 4C superfast charging LFP battery, capable of delivering 400 km of driving range

China's CATL launches fast charging LFP battery, mass production expected by year-end | Reuters.Aug 16, 2023

CATL describes the Shenxing EV battery as “the world's first 4C superfast charging LFP battery,” as measured by its ability to register 400 kilometers of driving range on just a 10-minute charge. That's almost 249 miles, which is within shouting distance of the weekly average for drivers in the US.Aug 18, 2023

Explained: What is lithium iron phosphate and why are
EV manufacturers going crazy over it

June 23, 2023

There is a reason why car makers like Tesla are enthusiastic about using Lithium Iron Phosphate or LFP batteries in EVs. LFP is gaining prominence over nickel and cobalt
as it may be the future of sustainable transportation

LG Energies ( 2nd largest battery manufacturer )

Does LG make LFP batteries ?
LFP batteries are used in low-cost and small e-vehicles as well as energy storage devices. LG develops LFP cells mainly for energy storage, while SK's are used in EVs.Jul 5, 2023

SHAW PROJECT -
My numbers come up with a good $4 billion extra if, iron was factored as a credit.
That's just common $125/tonne iron not - $250/tonne magnetite.
$8 billion if $250/ magnetite / tonne

What to do with other Shaw mineral credits ?
Copper = EV car wiring
Nickel - EV motor magnets / stainless steel
Magnesium = as good as - manganese iron alloys
Cobalt = Cell phones
PGM - 6 suite ( precious markets )

Engineering firms upto date ?
Are they intune with iron battery market preferences ?
Hydrogen energy ?

Is junior upto date ?
Maybe Ausenco Engineering understands importance of iron credits ?
CNC's engineering firm.

Not hard to revamp the PFS.
Make a few tweaks.
MET stats are there to work with.

Stock is held back and consolo performed...
Or... fix the PFS ?
No brainer.

Cheers....
