RE:RE:RE:RE:Cooper is not a serious CEOprivitization is definetely an option here and a viable one that would be crazy for dream not to do given their skin in the game. d.un is trading at $328 per sqft downtown toronto prime buildings. he can part this reit out at a huge premium from here with time. 

doing nothing is not a good strategy. i don't believe he can't sell assets anywhere close to above the current trading price even during negative sentiment as we are in now.

anybody can show me an example of toronto real estate in that area sellling in that viscinity?
