JNJ's products are very old products, they may use new ingredients any time. As bio tech advances, new ingredients can replace Ceapro anytime. This is always a huge risk. This will make shareholders can not sleep in the night.
I am a very angry shareholder of Ceapro!!! Yestoday it dropped 7%! Enough is enough. I think the Q3 earnings will prove JNJ is chnaging ingredients.
CEAPRO is in direct communication with SYMRISE and SYMRISE with JNJ, no doubt that when volumes drop drastically, the question is asked to SYMRISE as to why. Getting the answer wouldn't be that difficult and not disclosing material facts puts the board in legal jeopardy. Given that JNJ's AVEENO brand is relatively strong, changing ingredients from a forumulation and marketing perspective is a risk to them.
I guess you're angry from the drop of 2.5 cents to 34.5 yesterday, but could handle the 50% haircut from about .80 to .40 (40 cents) until now and finally had to speak up ...
We just need some other shareholders to wake up ....
