Nickel Creek Platinum Corp T.NCP

Alternate Symbol(s):  NCPCF

Nickel Creek Platinum Corp. is a Canada-based mining exploration and development company. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration and evaluation of nickel and platinum group metals (PGM) mineral properties in North America. Its flagship asset is its 100%-owned nickel-copper PGM project, located in the Yukon Territory, Canada (Nickel Shaw Project). The project is in the southwest of Canada's Yukon Territory, approximately 317 kilometers (km) northwest (NW) of the capital, Whitehorse. The Nickel Shaw Project is a large undeveloped nickel sulphide project, with a unique mix of metals including copper, cobalt and platinum group metals. The Nickel Shaw Project has access to infrastructure, located three hours west of Whitehorse via the paved Alaska Highway, which further offers year-round access to deep-sea shipping ports in southern Alaska. The Company also maintains environmental baseline activities, considers optimization alternatives and seeks other opportunities.

OWN INTERPRETATION

OWN INTERPRETATION

Order of Juniors owning Wellgreen
Hudson, Northern, Prophecy, NCP

MCI excluded Hudson data and....
mostly focused on comparables of,
Northern and NCP.  lol

Which 2 junio'rs spoke about the 6 platinum groups most ?
Hudson and Prophecy.

Lack of supporting data, drill ( cores ) were the reason MCI chose
to dismiss 1987 and prior ( Hudson data ) and use Northern + NCP.

Side note.... some juniors use more than - 1/4, 1/2 core for assaying.
Some use full core.

Could it be ?
Greg Johnson used the remaining historical cores inwhich
were reassayed resulting in, MCI having no data / cores to test or verify ?
YET - would not Greg's assay results act as.... quality data ?
After all, MCI did recognize Northern's , pl, pt, and rhodium.

Mr. Johnson continued, “We are also excited to report that in our review of historical information, some of which has not previously been published,

Sounds like Johnson was on a mission, wanting to prove what Hudson
knew = 6 platinum suites. Info never published.

What did Johnson do ?
Re-logging and analysis of previously unreleased drill core assays by the Company’s geological team has identified a broad mineralized area in the Far East Zone which is believed to extend the main Wellgreen deposit to the north. Historically, drilling in the main Wellgreen deposit was stopped upon entering the “footwall” sediments, which were assumed to be the northern boundary to mineralization.

This drilling had defined the main Wellgreen deposit as a south dipping tabular body approximately 2.5 kilometres in length that is typically 100-300 metres in width with some zones of over 500 metres of continuous mineralization grading in excess of 2 g/t Pt Eq.

Yup, relogging and analysis.
Would this relogging and analysis have used up - remainin historical cores ?
It might have if.... the relogging and analysis involved lab assaying.

Good secondary proof ?
Smelter paid for the platinum group minerals.
Even paid beyond Pt, Pl, Rh....

Hudson Yukon Mining in 1972 and 1973 with grades based on smelter returns of 2.23% Ni, 1.39% Cu, 1,300 ppb Pt, 920 ppb Pd, 171 ppb Au, 400 ppb Rh, 420 ppb Ru, 250 ppb Ir, 200 ppb Os and 200 ppb Re.

Suppose Hudson + Prophecy consumed all cores to prove with assaying
the values of 6 platinum suites.

There's always the option to send down hole sensors,
to aide in the support of, mineral values - right ?

So if Hudson knew of the 6 platinums and Phrophecy continued
the quest... And if a Smelter actually paid for the 6 platinum metals...
Such does have merit.

What just caught my eye ?
Prophecy identifying the Pt equivelants ( 3 PG ) 3r precious was the gold.
What's also interesting is...
Seeing Ni Eq's.
Which made me think of Hudson and if their rich grade nickel was
due to using other mineral eq's ( if proved ) it would make sense of the
Hudson grades and should be re-entertained as - Ni eq.
Just a thought.

Ni Eq. % and Pt Eq. g/t in “Base Metals” and “Precious Metals” columns only refers to equivalents of base and precious metals respectively, not total metals. In the “Total Metals” column the Pt Eq. includes both base and precious metals, as does the Ni Eq. 3. 3E represents the sum of platinum, palladium and gold, measured in g/t. 4. Significant interval defined as a minimum 15 g/t-m Pt Eq. interval.

What's throwing me for a loop ?
Prophecy going on about - not previously published - info about historical
holes and grades of 6 platinum suites and then showing their own
assay data with no breakdown of the 6 platinum groups...

What did they say ?
During the compilation and review of drilling data collected on the Wellgreen project for holes WS-160 and WS-165, several additional assay certificates from Becquerel Labs of Mississauga, Ontario were identified.  These certificates contained Neutron Activation (Method BQ-NAA-2) platinum group minerals results from various drill hole pulps.  The pulps were analyzed for gold and 6E PGMs (Pt, Pd, Ir, Os, Rh and Ru).  Of particular importance in these results was the 10.2 metre interval from 440.74 to 450.95 metres.  The interval is a zone of semi-massive sulphides in clinopyroxenite followed immediately by a zone of massive sulphides and exhibits a 17% to 212% upgrade in PGMs, with an average increase of 70%. The adjacent drill intervals above (18.9 metres) and below (12.0 metres) this section were not similarly assayed, which could mean there may be the potential to have increased PGM grades adjacent to these zones.

Where may Prophecy screwed up ?
Using Neutron Activation (Method BQ-NAA-2)

What did prophecy say going forward ?
All analyses going forward will include an analysis of rhodium with a four acid dige stion ICP-ES analysis (Code 7TD) through ACME Labs in Vancouver.

lol

Two kinds of platinum groups
those that are non ( g ) and those that do have ( g ).
Neutron Activation looks for the ( g ) and if looki ( g ) basing it on mineral
detection and no ( g ) present - then, would this method even be able to
detect non ( g ) platinum groups ?

Lesson ?
Emmulate same assaying as, Hudson Bay.

My own thoughts ?
I believe there is 6 platinum groups.
Just depends on, geologist, junior, assay methods, 3rd party

Lots of data to digest - in short order.
Ugh.

Do your own DD.
I maybe wrong but then again, i may have nailed a few topics.
All how one interprets.

Cheers....
