Classic Good Cop/Bad Cop

Classic Good Cop/Bad CopStrategic review committee and board= bad.   Cut dividend, going slow to evaluate options, weak AFFO projections for 2024.  NWVP = good.  Says dividend should have been sustained, wants to propose a transaction to maximize unit holder value.  Classic good cop / bad cop!
