Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Hey Este, I am somewhat surprised by the position you took but of course understand. As noted earlier, you have been a bastion of support of this stock and your disposition timing is of course concerning. You mentioned reits so I would assume more than just Artis here. Time will tell of your exit statagy. I for one am hopeful you will drop by sometime and leave us a note, unlike others, your presence will be missed. Take care.
