If NWH was trading at $6 as it might be without the dividend cut, a good premium to trading price would be $9ish. Now that its softened to $5 with the dividend cut, they can get away with $8ish, a full $1/share savings or ~200m in the overall buyout. Seems like it was pre-meditated to me.
