Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Wow Bunny, that is nothing shy of a desk pounding endorsement of this company. I commend your zest and enthusiasm. Correct me if I am wrong though, last I checked office at least revenue wise is our largest component, no? Given that still being the case, I can't quite get to the level you are at. That combined with some of the short comings of this managment group keeps me a little more in check, even with very compelling value because I can find excellent value all over right now. Personally though, while office is getting such a massively bad rap right now, provided we have no debt issues I am not as concerned with Artis' office component, certainly no where near the implied discount rate. With regards to the couch cushions finds, ya but I draw the line at pay phone coin returns! Nice to hear from you again, have a good one.
