RE:10 yr, all time, lows"10 yr, all time, lows"  Not true. UURAF hit 0.40 and UCU 0.53 on July 8, 2022. A weekend plus trading day later came the infamous Ucore PR on upsizing CDF and Boyd Davis RSX quote not mentioning RSX speedup or cost savings.

Perhaps your 10 year chart only showed closing prices at monthly intervals, or sme such.
