ALSOIf this committee will let the reit go for 7 bucks they might as well just sell US and Brazil entirely,  there is 1b in floating debt eliminated.  And then just continue on and wait for rates to go back down to get the full recovery.  They'd be corrupt if they brought a 7 offer to us.
