kptKPT as the set of values decreases. He had resisted the crowd movement for a long time, but he ended up suffering from the global and Canadian situation. With a dividend of 7.5% and no debt, which is an incredible plus in the high interest rate situation, it has become my second favorite choice, although I am aware that the stock will hardly climb higher than - above $11 within a year.
