Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

To me what was reckless was mandating an experimental jab on the world population and giving blanket immunity for the problems it appears they knew would happen. Liabilty should be assumed by someone. I think a good start would be those who created the problem with the weaponization of the virus. Sorry I spelled "gain of function" wrong.
