RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Remember the litigation in MexicoOnce San Pedro was declared bankrupt, the co of course had to write off the contingency from the book. Plaintiff of course can do what he wants like suing the co in Canada and so forth. That will be then decided by the Canadian Court and it may take a few years. Co can also counter-sue the plaintiff for whatever valid reasons. Civil lawsuits can happen anytime but at this juncture the San Pedro case is closed.
