RE:Will they really ??Reports have come out that China's reason for curtailng graphite exports to the U.S.are beginning to evaporate.
The U.S. seems to be the first to blink.
As the availability of chip technology is restored to China, the graphite spigot will probably remain open. 
Nice to be a U.S. Congressman that is legally allowed to trade on inside info. Could make a killing trading the stocks involved in all this decision making. On the tech side and the graphite side.
