There's just over $1.5 million to be had from the $0.05 warrants from May/23 if I remember correctly.
Of course, it's all good when they exercise well ahead of expiry, at least as long as they don't sell most or all of the shares.
I can only think of one reason why the CEO would do that and that is the company needs the funds.
Look out for the insider filings in the coming days to see if there are any sells. Unlikely he's selling as normally they sell along with exercising the warrants. We shall see.
