Those warrants ( were ) Canopy's life line and Constellation's support moving forward ..
I believe Tranche B -C based on the last 5 trading days ..

This is a MASSIVE black eye just before earnings since Constellation has the inside track on what is coming before the public ..
Plus Constellation is the largest lobbyist in America ...

Soooooo why is Constellation throwing in their towel ? 
And Why the need to word in about selling off their portion in general market place ?
