RE:RE:RE:Philly passes law to enforce bus lane infractions. Simply conjecture, maybe GSI did a confidentiality agreement protecting results, and Hayden did a trial on the back end knowing of GSI trial but wanting to compete.Now it's one of them one might think. GLTA LONGS!
