Many companies go through these changes, it is nothing new. I'm old enough to remember when Microsoft was MS-DOS + Basic. What matters is who is at the helm and Bombardier is fine there IMO.

However, Bombardier has a fundamental structural problem which was discussed many times before: all the cashflow is going to paying back the debt and interest on the debt. Otherwise, they could apply that cashflow to new projects
