RE:RE:I used to respect Rudi....

RE:RE:I used to respect Rudi....Countrygent, I agree in theory with your two options for SEA.  However, a joint tunnelling model is problematic given that the MTT appears to run directly over the Northern portion of Goldstorm (& through Perfectstorm). Over Goldstorm, the MTT appears to be between 300m - 500m deep.  I would assume that this puts it directly in the meat of an eventual Goldstorm mine.

Any negotiated re-route, I would assume, would require Tudor to relinquish some, as of yet, unkown potential of zones either North (e.g. GR2, etc) or South (e.g. Eureka) of the current MTT route.  However, this is also tricky given that an entire mining site plan will be needed for Treaty Creek, where the MTT will not interfere.  Compensation will be significant.

Therefore, I guess that leaves some form of consolidation as the most viable option. Tudor shareholders likely end up with shares in Seabridge as a result, unless some bigger entity comes to the plate instead.
