If company goes banrupt then they do not have to cover. I think.

Usually 9 out 10 times -- companies don;t surive too long / share price slowly dies and no raises are possible.

Broker / House wins at the end -- DON:T NEED TO COVER SHORT POSITION

This is multi multi billlion dollar business!
