RE:RE:Company is going to look a lot different at end of year?TM
Going private is an option. Happened to a friend of mine who was invested in a company called "Ag Growth" or something to that effect. They bought back the cheap shares and decided to back to being a private company. It's really crappy because the grew the company on the backs of the investors and then dumped them by offering them pennies on the dollar.
The CEO and other officers of the company hold the majority of voting shares so they could probably swing a private vote and then they really wouldn't have to worry about share price. It's been mentioned in many interviews that they are not worried or not paying attention to share price and just focusing on building the company. I think it is a slim to no chance they are taking this private but I am not ruling it out.
I believe in what the CEO is doing and looking forward to many good months ahead and hopefully put the last couple of years behing us.
Cheers,
