RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Artis Reit - Snake/Gary/et al

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Artis Reit - Snake/Gary/et alHe is patient and smart

Take notes and he is playing hte long game (yes, longer than he wanted as he got caught in a rising rate environment and wasn't hedged)

but he'll get a buyout of the remaining few shares at $8-9 for some assets worth $10-12 if they are held privately

so, no, his payoff and yours are not the same - the fact you think youre in the same boat as him is worrisome

also - go on sedar, look at Sandpiper, they have raised a few LP's (so they VERY likely are not using their money)

you keep thinking samir is losing missions, haha. no, he raised a lot of money to do this aand control it.

so he's using other people's money to get control and eventually sandpiper will buy it out and do fairly well.

you should really do your research
you post these things and it just constantly reinforces that you are not informed and making very poor decisions based on erroneous assumptions.
