Mong00se1234Was interesting to see another investor with the opinion that Mr Samir is playing a long-game in Artis reit, as some others here think he should stay the course buying back discounted common and preferred units.  The obvious question then comes to mind, if this is true, then what was the purpose of calling the strategic review, and spending 200k on it so far.  Did Mr. Manji really need to get some retail investors off his back by buying himself time and hoping to give the semblance that he was taking his timeline 'seriously'? An un-needed distraction in my view.  Of course, it is possible and he just comes back with a new plan washing his original plan and giving himself a clean slate.
