RE:Dum Press releases Quite the contrary, this is GOOD news.  Rather than take it on the chin, management is doing the right thing by removing debt pressure.  This improves the Company's positioning in the face of any and all suitors.  Instead of being 'under the gun', the Company has bought precious time and increases the lilkelyhood that interest rates will have stabilized, while its operations continue to perform well under the circumstances.
