CAD REIT SECTOR IS FUNDAMENTALLY BROKEN

As if this moment the spread between VNQ and XRE Cad reit etf is now widening to underperformance by 10% YTD. Trend just continues day after day with no sign of reversing. If this is indeed tax loss selling Dec 15 or so we should start seeing a MASSIVE rally that will take us into January, Im talking about 15-25% gains for certain names
