Dunno!!. both your assumptions may have merit..but I find it hard to imagine that even this management, could be so dumb..Why would they even bother with a measly 1.4 mill, if they weren't working on a plan B.?
The SP is down to a Buck Can..so for me ,it's no longer a matter of choice wether to Sell or Hold.
Suresh will have to explain to SH Sooner rather than later or give Notice to SH of his RESIGNATION.JMO
I will wait to sea what happens.
