The FACT is that if "Peter" hadn't "participated" at all, the last two financings combined managed to raise a grand total of $3.8 million from outside investors. 

At one dollar.

With warrants attached. 

Enough to keep the doors open for 2 months.

There won't be another financing. 

Then what?

Take a wild guess.
