Thats why I was for it.  Glad to see youve come around after the fact.

If the cost of moving on is effective issue price of shares at 0.80  or less (bascially what happened when you strip out warrant on 90 cent unit or even lower when you strip out warrant and tax benefits on FT unit), so be it there was no way to get around it.


Did they hav to double size?  No.  But so be it.  And we're getting the lift on TUO, and to a lesser extent on amk, as a result.

Do the math....for example.. would you rather have 100 shares @ 90 cents ( where we were...) or 107 shares at 1.20 (where we were when I made the comment)
