@Plisken: That is exactly what Peter and the BOD are planning , a low ball sellout. Most likely a planned one as no sane CEO overlook this problem for years now. Law suits left and right are coming if that were to happen, trust me.

@Davinator: You need to exercise restraint from referring to people as village idiot. In the end y'all will thank the people who were vocal about the company stock price manipulation and critical of the company for ignoring the problem.
