Re: Padora's question what are "Angor Investors"
Please excuse it was a mistake from my side. I had written the word wrong - the word doesn't exist.
The correct name of the word should have been written in this form:
"ANCHOR INVESTORS"
Normally in most of the cases the "Founder/s of a NEW START-UP" brings in the idea for a new product but haven't the necessary "CASH" to promote the start-up in relation to the millions USD that are necessary for the R&D and financing.
Therefore a lot of new "start-up's" have already from the "Beginning ANCHOR INVESTOR'S".
They contribute the necessary "Venture Capital" into the new "START-UP" and stand him on its side - always in the hope and vision in behind - that at the end the "start-up" succeeds in creating the "breaking-through" to bring their new product on the market.
In this case the "ANCHOR INVESTORS" profit as first, either
- They profit of the suddenly strong increased net asset value of the company.
- Or the "start-up" plans an IPO - where the "ANCHOR INVESTORS" place a certain part of their shares on the market
- Or they sell a certain part of their shares at the IPO and stay with the rest of their still big shareholders Members of the Board of the Company.

RE: Exro Technologies and "ANCHOR INVESTORS"
I mentioned
AUDI USA (VOLKSWAGEN) and GM USA
In this coherence I have my biggest hope and confidence into "TERRENCE JOHNSSON" on
Exro's Board of Directors.
Before he worked in Leading Manageent Positions for the above large car manufacturers
and has top connections and tools to these companies to thread a deal with them and win them as NEW NDA's!
AUDI/VOLKSWAGEN & GM USA were top "ANCHOR INVESTORS" and shareholders that hold a large share paket in Exro Technologies that would make it impossible for Elon Musk to take over Exroby an "unfriendly take over attack".
We/I suffered already for quite a long time during the last six years and needed a lot of patience - now all of us that Exro can harvest it's fruits and that we shall see quite soon The First Returns of our Investments.
Exro's Future is to bright to sell the company at a ridulous price to Elon Musk!
stay long - stay strong
