The picture is not pretty. No AGM in sight.

Sharma is a poor junior exploration CEO, but good at landing directorships and compo.
So what might the CEO of Fancamp be up to, at a retreat in the Alps or ?

I think there should be a new vetting system in place. This idea that management and BOD are doing what is in the best interest of shareholders is pure bullllsheet.
