I looked at C27483,you suggested as well, which did not provide any more useful information.
The copy of the Commission's letter refers to page 51 of the oral proceedings, which is not available
in any of the emails I had seen so far.
Since the expert opinion put forth by Trans Mountain supports their request for valiance, I believe their solution of the looding problem souns like good engineering, and CER must provide a valid reason for deniyng it so that will stand up in the Court of Appeals. during cross exams.
I assume that they are moving to appeal, Do you know it?
Good luck anyway, with friends like the ones in Ottawa(like D. Suzuki&Liberals) who needs enemies?
In Section B of the letter dated December 5th, the second paragraph states that the Commission denies the Variance!
As for p.51 of the Oral Proceedings, C27448, here it is;
all 30-inch diameter pipe and components comply with all project-specific relevant TMEP technical pipe specifications MR. THRASHER: It's confirmed. CHAIR PENNEY: Okay. We appreciate that. And as I said, we're -- we are going to talk about it over lunch, and we will confirm that that aligns with our understanding. So we have around 20 minutes of questions before lunch, and then we will break, and so we won't get through all our questions for your panel before lunch. Just wanted to let you know that, Mr. Thrasher. MR. THRASHER: Thank you, Madam Chair. CHAIR PENNEY: Okay. Over to you. MS. YUZDA: Thank you, Madam Chair. BY MS. YUZDA: Q. I'd like to talk a bit about the in-line inspection dual diameter tool and the development of that tool for a few minutes. And this is at Trans Mountain's response to IR 1.5, Exhibit C 27372-1 at PDF pages 12 to 13. I don't think -- we just gently touched on this perhaps before the break, but I don't think I actually heard what, if any, progress Trans Mountain has made on.
The answers to those questions from the Oral Proceedings are Undertakings U1 to U4 and they are explained in the first 6 pages of document C27483. So for example, Undertaking 3 from p.50-51 from the Oral Proceedings is explained on p.5-6 in the C27483 document.
I hope this helps bttmfischer.
