RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:This has Anson Funds Mgmt fingerprints all over it.My guess is that Anson does not hold a single share of ONC.
I believe they shorted ONC in the six weeks leading up to the heavily discounted private placement.They used the PP to cover their short sales and they walked away from this seedy relationship with ONC forever.
ONC walked away with 15 million dollars so as to continue to pay MC and his c-suite buddies for another year.
The only reason that Anson may still be showing (as of last month) a holding is ONC would be due to shorting in other accounts and so on.
One need only read up a little on Anson and their legal challenges to quickly discover the corrupt business model they have created.
Of course, MC could have found this out with the click of a button. So it has to be the case that he knew who he was dealing with and said, "F the shareholders, let's take the money."
