RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:This has Anson Funds Mgmt fingerprints all over it.The reason the share price is tanking is because everyone now knows that MC has absolutely no scruples whatsoever. For years, we know he has been spewing BS about ONC's potential, but there are fewer and fewer people who believe him and now having made a deal with Anson his credibility has been erased to nothing.

A new CEO and CFO might save this sinking ship.
