Depending on the definition used for 'synthetic cannabinoids', it just might include esther stabilized cannabinoid acids derived from the plant. Shown to be over 600 times more potent. Volumetrically, it can now deliver cancer killing hitting power within the payload mechanism developed by Seagen, now owned by Pfizer and....I now question Pfizer donating all royalties from it's immunotherapy cancer drug in order to satisfy anti trust concerns in order to close the Seagen deal.

I see a joint venture as a very real possibility and let's be clear, a JV is a form of M&A activity.
