  Martel sold 65,807 shares at 50.00 on dec13 in order to escercise 146,674 options at 11,50 on dec 13.

   This nosedigger as I said should not be trusted with information as it is full of half truths with quite questionable agenda as I see it. 

Why wouldn't he have stated about the exercise of options and why wouldn't Marte not exercise his options and cash in on some of that bonus. 

Isn't that what it's all abot with regards to options ?
He still has 137 k shares left and 133,670 options left .
   Shady info to say the least.
