The IEA is a political administration and always has been.  

You saying that "traders and analysts say"  does not make it so,  You don't speak for them.

You can't even consistantly speak for yourself.  Is it the IEA or the EIA? 

They are different and you have now quoted both of them as if they are the same.  They are not.

I am right again.
