NCIB DELAY?

I dont think so. Manji ONLY had 4 months+ to prepare for this day. Whats the yield he's retiring shares at, north of 9%? He should have built a warchest of cash even if it involved dumping public securities and maybe finding a buyer of IRIS preferreds. Sure its possible that he is out of liquidity but as I mentioned earlier today that is equally frightening.

bear in mind the preferreds were also not filed which only cost like 40k/week

could be a filing delay but we will need to see what next week brings
