The look is sleazy, one of the major shareholders who is also an insider and who did a creepy deal with Champion for 22M shares at the same time the non recourse royalties were cancelled, now has added to his share tally through his private company making it impossible for any fair challenge at an AGM to take place!! What a PIG.
After three years of doing f all and not realizing any appreciable share price, here it is: a private placement for the select few to permanently take control of the company.
Using regulatory measures against shareholders such as delaying the AGM, which has yet to be stated publicly and choosing selected shareholders to the detriment of all, all for the sake of stealing the company away.
This decision must be brought before shareholders at an AGM before any approval is given. Where the hell is IIROC?
