RE:RE:Private placement - Haywood Securities This appears to be a scheme to avoid defeat st an AGM and plunder the Cash that belongs to shateholders .When conflicted insider Deals are no longer a one off , but a routine matter it appears to be a Conspiracy to Raid the Cash and pass it around the Table in the USA this would likely result in a RICO charge .There is No way this should be approved before an AGM and voted on by the Shareholders on record before this Private Placement ..If it was not the Value of the Champion Iron Stock and cash on hand would this be happening ? likely not.The Board has wasted millions on foolish spending and neglecting to renew nearly a 100 thousand of hectares of Claims and misrepresrnting that Fact..Fancamp claims it is a Growing Company really ? The only thing growing is the frustration of shareholders with these self serving Conflicted Board members sneaking around with their schemes to enrich themselves.They avoided an AGM and received an extension in October but failed to disclose this Fact to shareholders just to what enact this scheme to maintain control and escape the Wrath of Shareholders at an AGM that was supposed to happen on Oct 31 .This was supposed to be disclosed but no The Shareolders might catch on and derail their plans .This looks like a definition of a RICO conspiracy lets see at least 3 acting in concert or Perhaps 5 in this case dividing up cash and Prime holdings for investments in their own Private Companies or Companies they have substantial holdings in and 3 Board members are on the Board of a Conflicted mothballed Company receiving Millions in handouts .This appears to be just another Scheme .Why were millions of Dollors of Champion Stock sold and not 1 cent given to Shateholders ? Where is Our Dividend ? SO what will the BCSC and the TSX.V Do ? If some of these Private Placements were Sold in the USA they may have to Act Hmmm lets hope they show some integrity and Stop this Scheme in its Tracks ! Let the Shareholders Deal with these Schemers at an AGM.
